Every project starts with a free thirty-minute video call to understand your brief. Then I send a written proposal with a fixed price and delivery date. Scope changes only happen with your written approval. Revisions are included in every package.

Both. I design the visual layout and I build the working HTML/CSS website. What you receive is a complete, functional site, not just a mockup file that someone else has to code.
After the free consultation call, I send a written proposal with a single price for the full scope. That price doesn't change unless you request additional work in writing. No hourly tracking, no invoices that surprise you at the end of the month.
Yes. I regularly work with clients in Italy and across Southeast Asia. All project communication happens via video call and email, so timezone differences are manageable. The free consultation call is the easiest way to start.
All source files are yours. You receive the original design files in their native format, plus exported versions in the formats you need. You can take those files to any designer or printer in the future without being dependent on me.
