A clear process.
No grey areas.
Every project follows the same structure. You know what happens at each stage, what's expected from you, and exactly what you receive at the end.
Free 30-minute video call
This is where we start. You describe what you need, I ask questions about your business, your audience, and what you already have. There's no pitch on my end. The call is genuinely just to understand your brief so I can put together an accurate proposal.
You don't need to prepare anything formal. A rough idea of what you want is enough to have a useful conversation.
Written proposal with fixed price
After the call, I send a written proposal by email. It describes the scope in plain language, lists every deliverable, states the price as a single fixed number, and gives a delivery timeline.
You can ask questions about anything in the proposal. If the scope needs adjusting, I revise the proposal before we start. Nothing begins until we've both agreed in writing.
Research and first concepts
I start with visual research. For branding projects this means looking at your industry, your location, and your audience. For web projects this means mapping the content structure before touching any visual design.
I bring initial concepts to you as visual sketches or wireframes, depending on the project type. This stage is about direction. We confirm we're going the right way before I invest time in the details.
Design rounds and revisions
Revisions are included in every package. When I present a design, you review it and give feedback in writing. I revise based on that feedback and present again. This cycle continues until the design is right.
Feedback works better when it's specific. "The colour feels too cold" is actionable. "Make it pop" is not. I'll ask clarifying questions if feedback is vague so we don't spend rounds going in circles.
Final delivery and handover
When the design is approved, I prepare the final file package. For websites this includes the complete HTML/CSS files and all assets. For brand identity this includes every logo variation in SVG, PDF, PNG, and any other formats listed in the proposal.
For social media template projects, you receive a Canva link or Figma file you can edit yourself. I include a short written guide explaining how to update each template element.
All source files are included. You own everything I made for your project.
